The Transition Summer Camp for our clients ages 14-21 offers an opportunity for teens to learn and practice career, college, and life skills. Each day will be comprised of an engaging learning experience that will develop essential transition focused skills. The outings will be followed by an on-site activity at the Lighthouse facility which will be designed to help attendees build upon and solidify the skills learned through participation in the daily outing.
