Jon P. Lamonge is a seasoned Registered Investment Advisor and the visionary behind Lamonge Capital Management LLC, a firm he founded in 2010. With an impressive career trajectory, Jon has previously held prestigious positions such as Senior Vice President at Charles Schwab & Co. and Vice President at Smith Barney. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Financial Services from The Ohio State University. His expertise and dedication to the financial industry have earned him a distinguished reputation, making him a trusted advisor for his clients.
Jon’s proudest moments are marrying his wife Karen and raising their two children, Olivia and Hadley. A resident of the Naples area since 1999, Jon was born and raised in Niles, a small town near Youngstown in Northeast Ohio. His Midwestern background and family values have shaped his approach to business, earning him a reputation for his laid-back demeanor and hardworking Rust Belt roots. Through knowledge, hard work, and a pleasant personality, Jon has found success by providing superior customer service and strives each day to keep these qualities as strong as ever.
Giving back to the community has always been important to Jon. With his children growing up and his business flourishing, he felt it was the perfect time to get involved. He chose to focus on The Lighthouse of Collier, an organization close to his heart. The Lighthouse of Collier provides life-changing services to people with real problems and needs. Jon is excited about the opportunity to contribute to its growth and success. As The Lighthouse of Collier matures as a non-profit, Jon is optimistic about the limitless potential for its services to expand in Collier County.

Dr. Carolina Mercado is an ophthalmologist and Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She practices in Naples, FL, and specializes in corneal and ocular surface diseases. Dr. Mercado is actively involved in clinical research that is focused on corneal transplantation, ocular surface tumors, and innovative treatments to restore corneal blindness. She completed advanced fellowship training at Bascom Palmer and is passionate about advancing eye care through research, education, and mentorship. Dr. Mercado says she is honored to serve on the Board of Directors at LOC and is committed to supporting its mission of fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. She will also provide some great insight into LOC’s social media and marketing efforts. LOC’s Chief Executive Officer Robin Goldstone Garcia says Dr. Mercado will bring fresh ideas to the nonprofit. Everyone at The Lighthouse is looking forward to meeting and working with Dr. Mercado.

Shauna Berry, D.O
Dr. Shauna Berry is a highly skilled, dedicated and compassionate ophthalmologist known for her exceptional patient care. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency. Dr. Berry further refined her expertise with fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology at Houston Methodist and pediatric ophthalmology at UCLA.
Following her fellowship, Dr. Berry worked at Children’s Hospital of Orange County. After a year, she returned to her hometown to join Golisano Children’s Hospital. Driven by her passion for personalized patient care, Dr. Berry opened her own practice, focusing on a personalized patient-centered approach.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Berry is committed to community service, volunteering and working at the Florida Lions Eye Clinic where she continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
In her free time, she enjoys quality moments with her husband, their one-year-old son, and their dog, Gus, embracing and cherishing family activities and the outdoors.
